A tier-one global bank is seeking a Technical Program Management Lead for Ops Tech to drive delivery of strategic Global Wealth Management initiatives across Investments, Trading, Banking, Lending, Trust, Data, and Compliance domains.
Reporting to the PM Head for Global Wealth Management Domains, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing complex enterprise programs that support digital transformation, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation for the bank’s wealth management business and affluent client base. The successful candidate will combine deep banking and operational expertise with strong technical program management leadership to drive scalable platform delivery, agile transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

Enterprise Program Leadership
- Lead delivery of strategic Global Wealth Management programs spanning:

- Oversee large-scale, complex, and mission-critical technology initiatives supporting wealth management transformation objectives
- Drive enterprise execution across geographically distributed teams and multiple business functions
Digital Transformation & Customer Experience
- Lead programs focused on delivering customer-centric digital capabilities and experiences for wealth management clients
- Support development of intuitive tools, insights, recommendations, content, and offers that help clients manage their financial lives
- Drive initiatives that expand digital presence and modernize wealth management platforms and operations
- Partner with business and product leaders to improve speed-to-market and innovation delivery
Technical Program Management & Agile Delivery
- Establish execution frameworks, delivery mechanisms, and scalable planning processes across platform services and operations technology initiatives
- Drive Agile transformation and continuous improvement practices across program delivery organizations
- Coordinate cross-functional execution involving Technology, Operations, Compliance, Audit, Product, and Business stakeholders
- Manage dependencies, risks, delivery timelines, resource planning, and escalation processes across multiple initiatives
- Build and promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, innovation, and delivery discipline
Leadership & Governance
- Lead and direct teams of professionals supporting enterprise program execution and transformation delivery
- Provide strategic guidance and governance across multiple operational and technology domains
- Apply deep understanding of business impact, operational controls, and technical contributions to drive successful outcomes
- Influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership through strategic communication, governance reporting, and execution transparency
- Support policy formulation, operational planning, and enterprise transformation governance initiatives
Operational & Regulatory Alignment
- Leverage end-to-end banking knowledge across Operations, Compliance, Audit, and Wealth Management domains
- Ensure programs align with enterprise governance standards, regulatory expectations, and operational controls
- Drive modernization efforts that support scalable, compliant, and resilient wealth management operations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- Extensive experience leading large-scale technical program management initiatives within banking or financial services environments
- Strong understanding of Global Wealth Management operations, products, and technology ecosystems
- Experience supporting domains including Investments, Trading, Banking, Lending, Trust, Data, and Compliance
- Proven expertise in enterprise program delivery, Agile transformation, and operational modernization initiatives
- Deep understanding of end-to-end banking operations, compliance, and audit processes
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities across complex matrixed organizations
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to drive execution across geographically distributed teams and enterprise-scale initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting digital wealth management transformation and customer experience modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise platform services, operational scalability, and cloud-enabled architectures
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance within wealth management environments
- Experience implementing Agile delivery models and operational excellence frameworks
- Ability to build and scale high-performing technical program management organizations
- Experience working within highly regulated, enterprise financial institutions
