A large regional credit union is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Services — Digital & Enterprise Platforms to lead enterprise technology strategy, platform modernization, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing the digital and enterprise platform technology ecosystem that supports operational excellence, member engagement, and scalable business growth. The SVP will drive strategic technology initiatives, guide enterprise architecture and platform evolution, and ensure alignment between technology investments and organizational priorities.
The successful candidate will bring strong enterprise technology leadership, platform modernization expertise, and the ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within highly regulated environments while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Technology Leadership
- Lead and manage the Digital & Enterprise Platforms technology organization across multiple enterprise functions and delivery teams
- Establish strategic direction and operational governance for enterprise technology services and platform initiatives
- Build and mentor high-performing technology leadership and engineering organizations
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and continuous improvement
Technology Strategy & Transformation
- Develop and execute enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, member experience priorities, and operational goals
- Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on enhancing member engagement, operational scalability, and technology modernization
- Partner with executive leadership to define strategic technology priorities and enterprise transformation objectives
- Drive innovation and adoption of modern technology capabilities across the organization
Platform Architecture & Engineering
- Oversee enterprise platform architecture, technology design, implementation, and lifecycle management
- Ensure enterprise platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and operationally efficient
- Guide modernization initiatives involving digital platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and infrastructure services
- Support cloud transformation, enterprise architecture evolution, and platform optimization strategies
Operational Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure technology services align with enterprise governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and operational risk management standards
- Oversee platform resiliency, operational continuity, and disaster recovery planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices within financial services environments
- Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security organizations to maintain strong operational controls
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and third-party delivery organizations
- Oversee enterprise technology budgets, forecasting, investment prioritization, and resource allocation
- Optimize operational efficiency and ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value
Stakeholder Collaboration & Executive Alignment
- Partner closely with business executives, operations leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to align technology capabilities with organizational strategy
- Deliver executive-level reporting, strategic updates, and technology performance insights to senior leadership and governance forums
- Influence enterprise decision-making and support long-term digital growth initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise platform organizations and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of:

- Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting enterprise digital banking or member experience transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and enterprise integration strategies
- Experience driving operational modernization and large-scale technology transformation programs
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and enterprise delivery frameworks within regulated environments
- Ability to lead geographically distributed teams and enterprise-scale operations
- Executive leadership experience within banking, credit union, or financial services technology organizations
