A US bank is seeking a Product & Systems Manager, IT & Digital Banking, responsible for driving the evolution of digital and core banking products, while also ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of the technology ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that systems are stable and compliant, while products remain competitive, customer focused, and innovative.

Location: On-site – New York, NY

The Manager will oversee core vendor partnerships, manage integrations and upgrades, support core IT products, lead automation and efficiency initiatives, and provide critical MIS reporting. They will also guide the product roadmap, align systems with business goals, and champion a secure, digital first banking experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

All responsibilities must be performed in accordance with policies, compliance rules and regulations, and privacy requirements.

Product & Digital Banking Management

  • Maintain and build out all FIS core banking products
  • Responsible for oversight of any rollouts and upgrades implemented by FIS
  • Develop the roadmap for digital and core banking products, from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement
  • Partner with business units to define requirements, evaluate enhancements, and prioritize features
  • Monitor product KPIs (uptime, adoption rates, digital engagement, ROI) and create SLA reporting
  • Ability to build out and manage Extended Account Analysis (XAA) in consultation with Business Units

Systems Oversight & Governance

  • Maintain system availability, performance, and resilience across all platforms, in coordination with the CISO
  • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, and execution

Data & Reporting

  • Support MIS and business intelligence reporting for Marketing, Operations, Credit, and Finance
  • Manage the corporate data warehouse, ensuring timely integration of third party vendor feeds
  • Develop dashboards and advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, improving operational efficiency and reducing risk
  • Lead technology transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000
