A tier-one global bank is seeking a VP Product to join their team.

About the Role:
This position offers the opportunity to drive product strategy and execution within a leading financial services organization. The VP Product will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Lead product development from concept through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Prioritize features and requirements based on business value and customer impact
- Manage product backlog and work closely with agile development teams
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success
- Present product updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement through user feedback and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of product management experience in financial services or related industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory environment
- Proficiency with product management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence without direct authority
Compensation:$122,600 – $201,000
