A US bank is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and drive strategic change across the organization.

The Chief Transformation Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and position the organization for sustainable growth in an evolving financial services landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive organizational change management initiatives across all business units and functions
- Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities that deliver measurable business value
- Establish governance frameworks and performance metrics to track transformation progress
- Partner with executive leadership to align transformation efforts with strategic priorities
- Oversee the design and execution of process improvement and operational excellence programs
- Champion digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization efforts
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation team
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate transformation vision and progress to board, executives, and employees
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for transformation investments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, strategy, or management consulting
- Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of banking operations, regulatory environment, and industry trends
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional change management and organizational development skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and board members
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong financial acumen and business judgment
- Experience with digital transformation and technology enablement
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution
Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000
