A tier-one global bank is seeking a Senior Lead Architect, Solutions Architecture to join their technology team.

Position Overview
As a Senior Lead Architect in Solutions Architecture, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions that support critical business functions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-scale architecture solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and business objectives
- Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, platforms, and tools to meet business requirements
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and integration patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and business units to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide junior architects and technical staff
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices and methodologies
- Participate in architecture review boards and governance processes
- Assess technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and enterprise technology design
- Deep knowledge of modern architecture patterns, including microservices, cloud-native, and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and technologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in large-scale environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

- Experience in financial services or banking industry

Compensation: $171K/yr – $260K/yr
