A large specialty credit union serving aerospace employees is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to serve as a trusted leader responsible for delivering critical technology and business initiatives that span multiple teams and departments.
Location: Fully Remote — Remote – United States
In this role, the Senior Enterprise Project Manager will drive alignment across stakeholders, proactively manage risks, and create the structure needed for teams to execute successfully in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ability to influence, communicate, and navigate complexity will be essential to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organizational goals.
What You’ll Do
Lead Enterprise-Wide Strategic Initiatives: Drive highly complex technology and business projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business outcomes.
Establish Project Structure and Governance: Define and implement project frameworks, governance models, and operating rhythms that enable consistent delivery across diverse teams and workstreams.
Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, dependencies, and decisions.
Manage Risk and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues before they impact delivery timelines or outcomes.
Communicate with Clarity and Purpose: Develop and deliver clear, audience-appropriate communications including status reports, executive briefings, and project documentation that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology and business transformation projects
- Strong command of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience managing project budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging across all organizational levels
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Financial services or credit union experience a plus
Compensation: $128900-$157500 annual
