A US bank is looking for a Loans Enablement Platform Delivery Lead to help drive high impact initiatives across the Loans Enablement Platform. In this role, you will turn strategic priorities into clear plans and work across product, technology, operations, and business teams to move delivery forward. You will be successful if you bring a strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, practical problem solving, and the ability to get things done in a fast paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead initiatives end to end across the Loans Enablement Platform. Work through complex problems, bring structure to ambiguity, and help cross functional teams make decisions and move forward. Build clear delivery plans with milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points. Drive execution of strategic, operational, and regulatory priorities. Partner with stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned and accountable for results.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation, operations, program delivery, or product/program management. A track record of leading complex initiatives across cross functional teams. Strong project and program management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. The ability to solve complex problems and turn strategy into execution. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills. The ability to work effectively across business and technology teams. A strong sense of accountability, ownership, and bias for action. The ability to prepare clear, executive level communications. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Loans industry experience is preferred. Experience in financial services, platform delivery, or transformation is a plus.
Compensation: $136500 – $220000/yr
