The successful candidate will develop and implement practice strategies by leveraging expertise in engineering, product management and business management to support organizational objectives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize practice initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing client value. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market analysis to anticipate trends and provide strategic insights for decision-making, as well as designing and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The position will advocate for technology-driven innovation by promoting the adoption of new tools and practices that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. The role will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining robust governance frameworks and risk management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in technology management is preferred.
10 to 12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Strong strategic system thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in analysis, product and project management, with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively leverage AI enabled tools and data driven insights to improve decision making, productivity, and business outcomes.
