Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to join a consumer-focused retail bank on an exciting project focused on system enhancements. This role is pivotal in supporting the client’s ability to deliver high-quality reporting solutions, leveraging advanced tools such as BI and Tableau to optimize decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports from T24 Core Banking System and other integrated systems, using BI or Tableau to support the bank’s enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
• Provide regular updates and performance analytics to support project goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in T24 reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools (BI or Tableau).
• Mid-level expertise in delivering reporting solutions in a banking or financial services context.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the Temenos T24 Transact core banking system is a strong advantage.

• Experience working on enhancement projects within a consulting framework.
• Ability to adapt to fully remote work environments while maintaining high productivity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify improvement areas.
