Overview
We’re looking for a senior Relationship Pricing Architect with deep experience in FIS Systematics and a strong business architecture mindset. This role sits at the intersection of pricing strategy product design and core banking execution. The focus is on owning and evolving the Systematics Relationship Pricing capability while aligning pricing logic to business objectives customer profitability and relationship management.
This is a hands-on architect role that blends strategic thinking with practical execution across deposits loans and customer relationship pricing models.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead architect for relationship pricing capabilities within the FIS Systematics environment
- Own the functional and architectural design of the Systematics Relationship Pricing module including pricing rules relationship hierarchies and profitability drivers
- Translate business pricing strategies into system-ready designs and implementation roadmaps
- Partner closely with business stakeholders across retail commercial and treasury to align pricing logic with product and relationship goals
- Document current-state pricing models data flows and dependencies across core and ancillary systems
- Design future-state pricing architectures that support flexibility transparency and scalability
- Collaborate with technology product and operations teams to support configuration testing and rollout of pricing enhancements
- Act as a subject matter expert for Systematics pricing capabilities limitations and optimization opportunities
- Engage with FIS and internal vendor teams on pricing functionality roadmaps upgrades and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in core banking platforms with a strong emphasis on pricing or product architecture
- Deep hands-on experience with FIS Systematics including Relationship Pricing or closely related modules
- Strong understanding of retail and commercial banking pricing constructs including relationship pricing bundles incentives and profitability
- Proven ability to operate as a business architect translating strategy into executable system designs
- Experience working directly with business leaders to shape and refine pricing models
- Clear and confident communicator across business and technology audiences
Preferred Skills
- Experience modernizing or rationalizing legacy pricing models within mainframe-based cores
- Exposure to customer profitability analytics funds transfer pricing or relationship management frameworks
- Familiarity with downstream impacts to CRM digital banking and reporting platforms
- Ability to support phased modernization efforts while maintaining operational stability

Compensation
Base salary of $190K plus bonus. Compensation package will be aligned to experience and scope.
