A global banking institution is seeking an Associate Director – Implementation Solutions to support its Global Transaction Banking Operations organization.

This role focuses on the implementation and onboarding of treasury, payments, and transaction banking services for corporate clients. The position requires strong coordination across client teams, operations, product management, and technology organizations to ensure successful deployment of banking solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation of treasury and transaction banking services.
  • Coordinate implementation projects across operations, technology, and client teams.
  • Manage implementation timelines and delivery milestones.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams responsible for payments and cash management integration.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new banking services.
  • Drive improvements in implementation processes and operational workflows.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
  • Provide leadership to implementation teams and operational partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in treasury services, payments, or transaction banking.
  • Experience implementing banking solutions for corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of cash management and payments operations.
  • Experience coordinating complex banking implementations.
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working across operations, technology, and product teams.
