A major British global bank is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to redefine the future of banking and deliver innovative solutions for high-value, regulated clients. This role sits at the center of US FinTech growth, driving the safe and scalable onboarding, integration, and go-live of transaction banking solutions. The ideal candidate will lead complex, multi-layered implementations, ensuring strong governance, accelerated revenue realization, and an exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end client implementation for transaction banking solutions, including onboarding, integration, and go-live
  • Drive delivery of multi-workstream programs involving APIs, host-to-host integrations, and SWIFT connectivity
  • Translate technical concepts into executable implementation strategies and client-ready solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, including RAID management, audit readiness, and go-live controls
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding models, playbooks, and standardized frameworks
  • Identify and drive automation and digitization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times
  • Ensure alignment between implementation execution and business objectives, including revenue realization
  • Provide clear, concise updates and risk transparency to senior stakeholders
  • Balance speed-to-market with regulatory compliance, risk management, and client experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of Cash Management and US payment schemes (ACH, Wires, RTP)
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream client implementations
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, SWIFT, and host-to-host connectivity
  • Experience operating in regulated financial services environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk management, governance, and audit readiness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience designing scalable onboarding frameworks and implementation playbooks
  • Familiarity with fintech integrations and direct-to-client API models
  • Experience driving automation and digital transformation in onboarding processes
  • Knowledge of testing, readiness, and client integration strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, and Operations
  • Experience supporting high-growth or transformation-focused environments
