A tier-one global bank is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-functional technology programs that impact clients, employees, and stakeholders across the enterprise. This role is critical in driving large-scale initiatives, integrating innovative solutions, and shaping the future of the organization’s technology landscape. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic technical program plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs
  • Manage program resources, budgets, timelines, and dependencies
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing roadblocks and challenges
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Define decision-making frameworks and governance processes for program success
  • Guide selection and implementation of technologies, platforms, and tools
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and best practices
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform program strategy
  • Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and standards for program delivery

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management within large, complex organizations
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale technology programs and initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency, including understanding of vendor products and solution implementation
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change, dependencies, and high-pressure environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with developer platforms, tools, and engineering ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery methodologies
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management and program governance practices
  • Knowledge of emerging technology trends and innovation strategies
