With over several years in banking and banking technology, Ramaswamy (RLN) has played a key role in shaping how institutions build, deploy, and maintain complex lending and deposit systems. He brings a rare blend of hands-on banking experience and deep technical expertise, developed through decades in both line-of-business and IT roles across global banking platforms.

RLN spent 25 years in the banking industry, including six years leading core banking technology initiatives. In 2006, he joined TCS Financial Solutions, where he contributed to the development and global rollout of the TCS BaNCS platform. As a senior domain consultant, he led major implementations in India and the Middle East, specializing in retail and corporate loan origination, deposits, internal accounts, and IBOR-to-LIBOR transition programs.

At Core System Partners, RLNis a steadying presence for banks modernizing their lending platforms or navigating large-scale BaNCS implementations. His skills span project leadership, system parameterization, pre-sales and RFP strategy, and functional team management often brought in when complexity and regulatory timelines collide.

He’s known across the industry as a practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a deep knowledge of U.S. retail, commercial, and construction lending practices.

Though formally retired, RLN continues to consult and mentor teams as a retained expert. When he’s not digging into parameter tables or legacy transitions, he’s probably enjoying a quiet afternoon hike or sharing a story from the early days of core banking evolution.
