Cliff brings more than 30 years of banking and financial services experience to Core System Partners. During his career, he has worked with many of the largest banks in the United States, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi and Bank Leumi.

Across those institutions, Cliff has supported technology initiatives from early strategy and discovery through vendor evaluation, requirements definition, implementation planning and operational readiness. His broad view of the banking stack helps teams understand not only what a platform can do, but how a decision will affect customers, employees, operations, risk and long-term growth.

At Citi, Cliff worked across numerous banking technology initiatives, helping business and technology teams clarify objectives, document complex requirements and navigate the dependencies that often determine whether a major program succeeds. That experience strengthened his ability to bring order to large, multi-stakeholder efforts while keeping attention on practical business outcomes.
