About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in FIS Systematics to join a leading retail banking client. This role is pivotal in supporting ongoing system enhancement projects focused on deposit products. As a trusted consultant, you will bridge business needs with technology to deliver high-impact solutions within the core banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for FIS Systematics enhancements.
- Analyze and propose improvements to existing deposit product processes and workflows.
- Participate in end-to-end lifecycle of enhancement projects, from requirements through testing and implementation.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Maintain and update functional documentation to support system changes and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Mid to senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in FIS Systematics within the context of retail banking.
- Strong command of the English language for clear communication across stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with deposit product modules and related system configurations.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior involvement in long-term enhancement projects (12+ months).
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills related to core banking workflows.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Ability to adapt in a fully remote team environment while managing multiple priorities.
