Role Objective:
As a Business Analyst, your primary role will involve documenting retail banking processes as part of our client’s Core Banking Transformation project. You will report in a matrix structure directly to the Senior Business Analyst and the department head you will be assisting, ensuring the project’s goals are met with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future banking processes, focusing on accuracy and comprehensiveness for operational workflows.
- Engage with stakeholders to precisely document requirements for the Fiserv DNA Core Banking Platform transformation.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to extract information and validate process documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team to pinpoint and document process improvements and optimizations.
- Provide the implementation team with detailed process documents and insights specific to the Fiserv DNA platform.
- Ensure seamless communication with the Senior Business Analyst and the relevant department head, addressing challenges promptly.
Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Fiserv DNA Core Banking System.
- Expertise in documenting retail banking processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
