We are looking for experienced Hogan Deposits Business Analysts to join a regional bank’s enhancement project. This position focuses on supporting and improving core banking functionalities using the Hogan platform. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will work to deliver impactful system enhancements that align with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements.
- Provide expertise on Hogan Deposits and other modules, ensuring optimal functionality and system performance.
- Develop and support the execution of strategies to enhance core banking capabilities.
- Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions to meet business objectives effectively.
- Communicate progress and findings to project teams and senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Hogan Deposits and related core banking modules.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Hogan Umbrella or other Hogan modules.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in banking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
