We’re hiring a Business Analyst focused on retail banking products and business processes to support our Readiness Consulting services. You’ll engage directly with client SMEs across departments to help map current product offerings, workflows, and business capabilities. This role is pivotal in helping banks prepare for major transformation initiatives and supports our Readiness™ methodology.
The role is remote-first, with light travel to client sites (approx. 1x per quarter). Strong documentation, communication, and banking domain skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder interviews across operations, retail, lending, and compliance
- Document current business processes using structured templates and visual tools
- Capture and analyze existing banking product offerings (deposits, loans, cards, etc.)
- Identify capability gaps and operational pain points
- Collaborate with Technical BA to align process flows with supporting systems
- Contribute to readiness profiles and consulting deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in retail banking or consulting with retail banking clients
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products and workflows
- Experience conducting interviews and documenting process flows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with banking technology platforms (core systems, digital channels)
- Process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio)
- Comfort with frameworks for business capability assessment or readiness evaluation
Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote with occasional on-site client visits (approx. once per quarter)
