We’re hiring a Business Analyst with a technical edge to support current-state architecture mapping across core systems, digital platforms, and key integrations. You’ll use our internal templates and playbooks to extract and structure detailed tech inventories for banks preparing to modernize their environments.
You’ll work alongside our Readiness Consulting team and the Process & Product BA to create a complete picture of each client’s environment. Travel is limited to occasional on-site sessions (1x per quarter). Ideal candidates bring a strong understanding of banking technology, integrations, and transformation readiness documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview IT and infrastructure leaders to document current-state systems
- Build inventories of core systems, vendors, and integrations
- Map logical architecture using CSP templates and visual standards
- Support identification of legacy risks and modernization targets
- Collaborate with the Process & Product BA to provide full picture of current-state
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in technical business analysis within banking or fintech
- Proven experience documenting system inventories or application landscapes
- Comfort working with technical stakeholders and translating IT information into business terms
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with core platforms (e.g., FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry, Temenos)
- Proficiency with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Miro)
- Understanding of data flows, middleware, APIs, and integration touchpoints
Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote with occasional on-site client visits (approx. once per quarter)
Contract Details:
- Contract-to-hire (initial 6-month engagement)

- Hourly rate: $55–$85/hr based on experience
