A tier-one global bank is seeking a ConnectWealth Program & Change Management Lead at the Vice President level to lead strategic transformation initiatives supporting the ConnectWealth platform.

This role is responsible for overseeing enterprise program delivery and organizational change management activities that drive adoption, operational readiness, and successful implementation of new capabilities across the wealth management organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with technology, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently while minimizing organizational disruption and maximizing user engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in enterprise transformation, wealth management platforms, and change management leadership within highly regulated financial services environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end program management activities for ConnectWealth strategic initiatives and platform transformation efforts
  • Define and manage program scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and governance structures
  • Ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional stakeholders across enterprise delivery teams

Change Management & Organizational Readiness

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that support successful platform adoption and operational transition
  • Design and implement change management frameworks including:
    • Stakeholder impact assessments
    • Communication plans
    • Training strategies
    • Adoption and engagement initiatives
  • Drive organizational readiness and minimize disruption associated with platform and process changes
  • Promote user adoption through structured engagement, enablement, and change support activities

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with stakeholders across:
    • Technology
    • Operations
    • Compliance
    • Business teams
    • Product and platform organizations
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and governance meetings to gather requirements, align priorities, and drive consensus
  • Build strong partnerships across business and technology teams to ensure sustained engagement and program support

Program Governance & Reporting

  • Create and maintain detailed:
    • Program plans
    • Timelines
    • Risk registers
    • Status reports
    • Executive dashboards
  • Monitor program performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle
  • Ensure transparency, accountability, and execution discipline across all transformation activities

Transformation Execution & Continuous Improvement

  • Support enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives within the wealth management ecosystem
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to optimize program execution and delivery outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in program governance, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change practices
  • Support operational excellence and scalable delivery frameworks across strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in:
    • Program Management
    • Change Management
    • Enterprise Transformation within financial services environments
  • Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Wealth Management platforms
    • Digital solutions
    • Operational transformation initiatives
  • Expertise in change management methodologies; Prosci certification or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing capabilities
  • Ability to drive alignment and decision-making across highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency with enterprise program management tools, reporting platforms, and governance frameworks
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent project/program management certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise wealth management technology platforms and digital transformation programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational governance within wealth management environments
  • Prior experience operating at Vice President or senior leadership level within financial services organizations
  • Experience supporting enterprise platform adoption and operational readiness initiatives
