We are seeking a highly experienced Core Banking Administrator to join a leading community bank in Buffalo, NY. This critical role involves managing and optimizing the FIS IBS Core Banking System to support the bank’s operational and compliance needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the FIS IBS Core Banking System.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the core banking system promptly.
  • Optimize system configurations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align the system with business requirements.
  • Document workflows, configurations, and processes for reference and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience with the FIS IBS Core Banking System.
  • Strong understanding of core banking operations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with scripting or automation tools.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (Regular onsite presence in the Buffalo, NY area).
