We are hiring a Core Banking Administrator with deep expertise in the FIS IBS platform to support system administration, maintenance, and optimization initiatives for a growing Community Bank. This mid- to senior-level role will ensure the stability, efficiency, and ongoing enhancement of core banking operations. You’ll play a key role in technical troubleshooting, process documentation, and automation support, helping the client organization modernize its banking technology and meet compliance standards .
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and optimize the FIS IBS Core Banking System.
- Manage core system administration tools, including user access, configuration, and updates.
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting system performance.
- Document system workflows, configurations, and administrative procedures.
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
- Support scripting or automation tasks to streamline banking operations .
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience with FIS IBS Core platform.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with banking operations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in process documentation and workflow design.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English is required .
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Previous experience in hybrid work environments.
- Experience managing system transitions or upgrades in banking platforms.
- Ability to proactively assess and recommend system improvements .
