A large Midwest regional bank is seeking a Digital Servicing Business Technology Senior Manager to lead a team designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a set of interrelated technology platforms that deliver on the strategic technology and operational objectives of the Consumer line of business.

Job Summary
The Business Technology Senior Manager utilizes technical expertise, business acumen, strategic execution, relationship and leadership skills to lead a team in designing, developing, implementing and maintaining a set of interrelated technology platforms that deliver on the strategic technology and operational objectives of the Consumer line of business.
Technology Strategy and Leadership
Understand the business; build and maintain roadmaps that deliver business value; engage productively and influence partners. Build, advocate for, and maintain technology strategy for assigned business lines. Promote thought leadership and continuous learning.
Team Leadership and Development
Effective financial management. Appropriate use of onshore and offshore mix. Build and lead strong teams of analysts, project managers, engineers, developers and vendors. Drive engagement, capability building, and delivery excellence. Support talent attraction and development.
Project Leadership
Manage complex technology portfolios, including critical applications. Lead large scale multi year technology programs end to end on budget and timeline. Ensure delivery to defined success measures; escalate and mitigate risks.
Operations and Production Support
Oversee 24/7 production support including vulnerability remediation and risk management. Define and deliver on continuous improvement objectives, leveraging GenAI to enhance productivity.
Essential Functions
Manages a technology portfolio of greater complexity and breadth that requires frequent interaction and collaboration across a number of groups and technologies and generally includes one or more critical applications. Utilize technology expertise, current industry knowledge and best practices, thought leadership and effective business partnerships to build, advocate for and maintain the technology strategy for one or more lines of business that delivers the business’ strategic objectives and aligns to the enterprise’s architectural standards. Brings emerging technologies and methodologies into the organization to assess potential and use cases. Demonstrates thought leadership and continuous learning.
Lead the implementation of one or more technology programs, some of which may span several years and may include obtaining senior level (and sometimes executive level) sponsorship and steering committee approval; from the development and configuration of applications, to testing and implementation; delivers in alignment with the applicable measures of success and milestones and management methodology; escalates risk and concerns appropriately and leads with corrective and mitigating actions; communicates appropriate updates on work progression.
Oversee the management of 24/7 production support of applications including vulnerability remediation and risk management to corporate SLAs.
Manage, develop and ensure the engagement and effective execution of a small to medium size team which may include business analysts, project managers and/or scrum masters, engineers, developers, external resources and vendors against line of business or functional technology deliverables. Emerging as a leader for attracting and developing internal and external talent.

Complies with all policies and procedures of a large Midwest regional bank, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of clients and the organization.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
