This role leads product management across Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Digital Payments, and Open Banking, driving the delivery of innovative, secure, and user-centric digital banking experiences that enhance customer engagement, self-service adoption, and digital channel growth. The position leads a team of product professionals responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing products throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap development through delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Lines of Business and enterprise stakeholders, this role translates strategic priorities into executable product roadmaps and leads cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Business Units to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and risk management frameworks while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
Defines and drives digital product strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, market opportunities, and customer needs
Leads the development of long-term digital product vision and roadmap, prioritizing strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business value
Manages and develops digital product teams, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Partners with executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable product initiatives and investment priorities
Oversees product lifecycle management from ideation through optimization with a strong emphasis on strategic outcomes and ROI
Drives data-informed decision-making through product performance metrics, KPIs, and market analysis
Leads cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Technology, Risk, Operations, and business units to ensure successful strategy execution
Identifies emerging trends in digital banking to inform forward-looking strategies and innovation
Resolves cross-organizational prioritization challenges and accelerates delivery of high-impact initiatives
Acts as a change leader, promoting agile methodologies and strategic agility across teams
Oversees partnerships with third-party providers and ensures strategic alignment and performance
Partners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company's risk appetite
Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field and fourteen (14) years of experience in digital technology, product management, strategy, or business operations
Or High School Diploma or GED and eighteen (18) years of experience in digital technology, product management, strategy, or business operations
Experience developing and executing strategy
Experience in agile program management
Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and/or product initiatives
Experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategy
Preferences
Experience in digital acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization across multiple sales models (e.g., self-service, assisted)
Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and/or Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
Master's degree in related field

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position.
