A US bank is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management Manager to join its team.

Role Overview:
The Senior Director, Product Management Manager will lead product strategy and execution for critical banking products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation while managing complex product portfolios in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to deliver best in class products and services
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Partner with technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to deliver product roadmaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
- Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analysis for product investments
- Present product strategies and performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Drive adoption and usage of products through effective go to market strategies
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements and risk management standards
- Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data driven insights
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of product management experience in financial services
- 5+ years of people management experience leading product teams
- Deep understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed organization
