About the team: Enterprise Platforms Technology (EPTech) comprises many of the organization's most important enterprise platforms. The team establishes practices for building technology solutions across the company and delivers capabilities that exemplify those practices.
As a Director of Project Management in EPTech, you will leverage your project management acumen and leadership experience to drive the strategy and execution of large scale, complex, cross functional projects aligned with business priorities. You'll break down complexity and organizational silos, influence roadmaps, dive deep into project plans and scope, make strategic tradeoffs, drive platform consolidation, and identify, resolve, define, and escalate mitigation plans for hard project dependencies.
Specific responsibilities related to project management include:
Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Driving all phases of project management to include feasibility, definition, planning, prioritization, implementation and close out of projects
Effectively applying project management methodology and standards, and ensuring project documents are complete and up to date
Displaying cross functional teamwork, communication, negotiation and leading across all levels
Partnering cross functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
Working with cross functional teams and influencing others to work toward common goal, regardless of resource and time constraints
Creating transparency and fostering relationships to adjacent teams

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 9 years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
At least 7 years of People Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Business Administration
10+ years of Process, Project, or Program Management experience
3+ years of Operations experience
7+ years of People Management experience
2+ years of Learning & Development experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
