Enterprise Delivery Manager – Agile Delivery & Enterprise Change Governance

A large Northeast regional bank is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Manager for Agile Delivery & Enterprise Change Governance.

Location: Westwood, MA

This role is responsible for leading enterprise delivery initiatives and ensuring effective change governance across the organization. The Enterprise Delivery Manager will oversee agile delivery practices and coordinate enterprise-wide change management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage enterprise delivery initiatives using agile methodologies
• Establish and maintain enterprise change governance frameworks and processes
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Drive continuous improvement in agile delivery practices across the organization
• Ensure compliance with enterprise change management standards and policies
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership
• Monitor and report on delivery metrics and change governance effectiveness
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with enterprise changes
• Provide guidance and coaching to teams on agile best practices
• Manage dependencies and integration points across multiple delivery streams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Extensive experience in enterprise delivery management and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of change governance frameworks and processes
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale enterprise initiatives
• Experience in financial services or banking industry preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Relevant certifications in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum Master, etc.) highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation: $146,000-$191,000
