A large specialty credit union serving aerospace employees is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing complex, cross-functional programs that align with long-term business objectives and operational priorities.

The Enterprise Program Manager will drive execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, governance, and organizational change management while ensuring successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise program leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and experience navigating complex organizational environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic programs from initiation through implementation and delivery
  • Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational strategy, business priorities, and operational goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans including:
    • Scope management
    • Scheduling and milestones
    • Budget oversight
    • Resource allocation
    • Risk and issue management strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across multiple departments, teams, and stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks including steering committees, reporting structures, and escalation processes
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks and issues while driving resolution activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of enterprise program management methodologies, frameworks, and operational practices
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment among stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics, KPIs, and delivery outcomes to executive leadership
  • Manage program budgets and resource planning to optimize efficiency and delivery effectiveness
  • Lead and support organizational change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of transformation efforts
  • Promote execution discipline, accountability, and transparency across enterprise initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise programs within complex organizational environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing enterprise risks, budgets, resources, and operational dependencies
  • Familiarity with program management software and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification
  • Financial services, banking, or credit union industry experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operational modernization, or strategic delivery initiatives
  • Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and organizational change management practices
  • Experience leading distributed or remote cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise-wide alignment
