We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to support the loans integration workstream as part of a bank merger initiative for a New Jersey-based financial institution. This role is critical for ensuring a seamless transition of loan products, operations, and servicing across platforms. The analyst will work closely with business users, technology teams, and vendors to define requirements, validate data, and support integration activities.
This project involves the consolidation of three loan systems. The target system is ACBS. The BA must have experience in commercial lending, preferably has experience with ACBS and NCINO, data and product mapping, procedure writing and mapping workflows. Will report to the Sr Business Analyst. 2 days onsite, 3 offiste but may vary as project gets closer to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements related to loan portfolio migration and servicing transitions.
- Analyze loan products, servicing workflows, and operational processes for gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and validate loan data migration and reconciliation.
- Assist in designing workflow and process changes to support consolidated lending operations.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), operational readiness, and post-migration support activities.
- Provide regular updates and support risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong background in loan products, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.
- Hands-on experience with loan system integrations and data migration projects.
- Proficiency in documentation of business processes, requirements, and data mappings.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with business, IT, and vendor teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems such as Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements impacting loan servicing (e.g., HMDA, RESPA, Fair Lending).
- Prior experience working on M&A or core banking transformation initiatives.

Hybrid (onsite presence in New Jersey approximately 2–3 days per week)
