About the Role:
A confidential commercial financial services client in Purchase, NY is seeking a Senior M&A IT Program Managerto lead post-merger integration initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring the successful alignment of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure during a merger or acquisition. The Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across business units, vendors, and executive stakeholders—supporting a seamless and low-risk technology transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT integration activities for M&A initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts and track post-integration performance.
- Develop and execute strategic integration roadmaps, aligning business goals with IT delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technology and executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage cross-functional dependencies, and track deliverables.
- Lead matrixed teams and manage vendor partnerships, contracts, and performance.
- Prepare and present status reports, escalations, and executive-level updates.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience with at least 8+ years in IT project/program management.
- 3+ years in the commercial insurance domain is required.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise IT integrations, ideally in M&A contexts.
- Expertise in PMLC, SDLC, and hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across business units.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English.
- U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with post-merger stabilization, performance monitoring, and outcome tracking.
- Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Knowledge of AI-based solutions, data pipelines, and infrastructure integration.
- Deep understanding of Change Management and Risk Mitigation frameworks.
- Strong vendor negotiation and delivery oversight experience.

Hybrid – Onsite presence required 3 days per week (Purchase, NY)
