In this role, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects within the Small Business Bank. You will take on important and exciting responsibilities from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to work across teams to enable flawless iterative execution and process improvement projects. The individual should have the ability and passion for learning new technologies needed for the delivery of great features and solutions.
Responsibilities of this role may include:
• Identifying and defining new initiatives
• Leading a cross functional team in maintaining and developing a core technology stack
• Driving process improvements focused on desired customer outcomes
• Conducting user research to assess real opportunities and inform designs
• Maintaining a healthy backlog and regularly prioritizing backlog as business evolves
• Working with various stakeholders to establish roadmaps in ambiguous context
• Helping team to remove impediments using a strong problem-solving approach and knowing when to escalate
• Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of capabilities and features
Basic Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Agile methodology
• At least 1 year of experience in Legacy Mainframe or Account Ledger Technologies
• At least 1 year of experience using Data tools, e.g., SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Onelake
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
• At least 8 years of experience in Project Management
• At least 5 years of Process Management experience
• LEAN, Six Sigma or Business Process Management certification
