About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented nCino Business Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of the nCino platform for a leading commercial bank. This fully remote role focuses on enhancing the bank’s operational workflows, customer experience, and technical solutions through effective collaboration and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions on the nCino platform.
- Configure and optimize workflows, reports, and dashboards on the nCino platform, built on Salesforce.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to nCino functionality and system integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Ensure the platform aligns with the bank’s commercial banking operations and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with the nCino platform, with expertise in configuration and optimization.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial banking operations.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with ACBS and Salesforce tools is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in using advanced analytical tools for operational optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fully remote work environment.
