We are seeking an experienced nCino Product Manager to lead the strategic development and optimization of the nCino platform for a leading commercial bank in California. This fully remote role will focus on driving the product strategy, managing lifecycle upgrades, and ensuring that the nCino platform aligns with the bank’s business objectives. This is a contract-to-hire position with an opportunity for permanent placement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for the nCino platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including upgrades, optimizations, and integrations.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive decisions related to system enhancements, bug fixes, and release schedules.
- Gather user feedback to improve workflows and enhance system efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement product changes and deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing nCino or similar banking platforms.
- 8+ years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
- Proven experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (nCino is built on Salesforce) and related tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ACBS (preferred).
- Expertise in driving product decision-making in banking environments.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
