Core System Partners is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support our Banking Talent Services practice and overall firm growth. This role is focused on disciplined recruiting execution and talent pipeline development, working closely with Business Development and firm leadership as client needs evolve.
In the first 3–6 months, the emphasis will be on assisting the current Head of Recruiting, hands-on recruiting execution, candidate screening, and building a reliable, high-quality talent bench. As the business grows, responsibilities may expand, with a clear opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on performance and demand.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Pipeline
- Source candidates for banking, financial services, and transformation-related roles
- Conduct initial qualification and screening calls
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and role alignment
Recruiting Execution
- Perform candidate reference checks once roles are active
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
- Support placement execution in partnership with the Business Development Lead and leadership
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process
Systems & Reporting
- Use the company CRM to track recruiting activity and pipeline status
- Produce weekly status reports covering key recruiting metrics, including:
Required Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience, preferably in banking, financial services, technology, or consulting
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Comfortable conducting professional conversations with senior-level candidates
- Experience using a CRM or applicant tracking system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a small, remote team
- Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for banks or credit unions
- Familiarity with core banking systems or transformation programs
- Experience supporting both contract and full-time placements
Work Arrangement
Fully Remote, part-time to start, with flexibility within U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
