A credit union serving US military families is seeking a Principal Enterprise Change Management Specialist to facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives.
Location: Hybrid – Vienna, VA

## Overview
The Principal Enterprise Change Management Specialist will evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and training strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. This position ensures seamless transitions and fosters the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. The role serves as a strategic advisor and architect of enterprise-wide change frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals. The specialist will develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and tools to support organizational agility and resilience and is recognized as a thought leader in the field.
## Responsibilities
* Shape enterprise change strategy and governance
* Advise executives on change leadership
* Represent change management in strategic planning forums
* Evaluate and improve enterprise-wide change capability maturity assessments
* Integrate change strategy with digital transformation roadmaps
* Own design and delivery of change strategies
* Lead through ambiguity and resistance, align executive stakeholders, and integrate with interdependent programs to enable strategic execution at scale
* Deliver change management presentations and Prosci-based training to internal stakeholders to support skill building for project teams, leaders, and front-line employees
* May perform other duties as assigned

* 7+ years of experience in change management or related field
* Subject matter expert within business area/specialization with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplines
