A tier-one global bank is seeking an experienced Product Solutions Director to lead their digital solutions strategy and execution. This role is instrumental in driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge digital products that enhance customer experience, optimize core banking systems, and support long-term business growth in a highly competitive financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of digital product strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, marketing, and sales
- Drive product innovation through market insights, customer feedback, and emerging technologies
- Define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on business value and customer impact
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product performance and success
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to executive stakeholders
- Build and mentor high-performing product teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
- Lead Agile product development processes and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years focused on digital products
- Proven success launching and scaling digital products within financial services
- Deep understanding of digital banking, payments, and fintech ecosystems
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, product frameworks, and user-centered design
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and executive presentation abilities
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and product optimization
- Fluency in English required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in retail or commercial banking environments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting digital financial products
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, and modern development practices
