A major U.S. regional bank is seeking a Program Manager – Digital Delivery Lead to oversee strategic initiatives related to digital banking platforms and money movement capabilities.
This role will manage complex delivery programs involving digital payments infrastructure, platform integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives across multiple business and engineering teams.
The Program Manager will coordinate multiple project workstreams and ensure successful execution across product development, technology delivery, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of enterprise programs related to digital banking and payments capabilities.
- Coordinate program planning across product, engineering, operations, and vendor partners.
- Manage interdependencies across multiple project workstreams.
- Drive program governance, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
- Oversee integration of money movement services across digital platforms.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy and technology delivery.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support steering committee reporting and executive-level decision making.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of program or project management experience.
- Strong experience delivering digital banking or payments transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of payments infrastructure including ACH, wires, or digital payment rails.
- Experience managing large cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise architecture and engineering teams.

Hybrid – Buffalo, New York (or Eastern U.S.).
