We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a finance transformation initiative for a leading retail bank in New York. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance and streamlining financial operations, leveraging strong program management and change management expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex programs while collaborating with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of finance transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to retail banking environments.
  • Prepare and deliver senior management reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Utilize tools such as SharePoint and Teams to facilitate efficient program management and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of program management experience, including roles within retail banking and financial control.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and change management within the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with diverse teams.
  • Strong skills in producing senior-level management reports and presentations.

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking operations and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in tools like SharePoint and Teams for program management.
