We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a core banking transformation program for a Delaware-based credit union. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support across multiple program workstreams, reporting directly to the CIO’s Chief of Staff. You will play a key role in maintaining project schedules, capturing meeting outcomes, and ensuring communication consistency across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling, status tracking, and milestone coordination for multiple project tracks.
  • Publish weekly meeting minutes, action items, and program dashboards.
  • Support conversion weekend logistics, including dry runs, checkpoint calls, and tracking readiness activities.
  • Coordinate documentation updates, RAID log entries, and deliverables across teams.
  • Maintain communication alignment between internal teams, vendor PMs, and steering committee stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for program governance routines and special initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project administration, coordination, or PMO support within financial services or technology programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including note-taking and stakeholder updates.
  • Proficiency with project collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or Jira).
  • Ability to support hybrid team structures and executive-level communications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with core banking systems, especially during implementation or transformation programs.
  • Experience working in a credit union or banking environment.
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks and reporting hierarchies.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid – Primarily remote, with onsite support required during conversion dry runs and go-live weekends.
