A US bank is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact projects that power analytics initiatives across the enterprise. This role is critical in driving enterprise project management efforts, ensuring that analytics-driven initiatives are executed effectively, aligned with business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, mid- to large-scale projects from planning through execution and closure
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Align project execution with enterprise analytics and business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery
- Provide regular executive-level updates, translating progress, risks, and outcomes into actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve project delivery efficiency
- Ensure analytics initiatives deliver data-driven insights that support enterprise decision-making
- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful project outcomes
- Drive adherence to project management best practices and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise-level projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
- Experience working on analytics or data-driven initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently while aligning with enterprise priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience delivering projects aligned with strategic business goals
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in financial services or banking environments
