A US bank is seeking a Project Manager I to support TransFund, its ATM network and debit, credit, and merchant processing business, serving financial institutions and companies throughout the U.S. and Virgin Islands.
Location: On – site – Tulsa OK
The Project Manager I is primarily responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and tracking key project milestones for routine TransFund projects that carry significant organizational impact and require technical and systems knowledge, including EFT industry practices, data processor procedures, card product implementation, and special studies. This role applies project management methodology to complete routine tasks and manages moderate scale projects.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
You will review project requests, identify dependencies, develop task plans, coordinate project activity, and conduct new card product implementations. You will review, plan, and coordinate client deconversions and special projects. You will identify and manage critical interdependencies across departments, vendors, and processes pertaining to batch data processor implementations and data processor changes. You will manage project activity, determine work priorities, and support the project team in procedural development by defining objectives and developing project plans. You will assist project team members and departmental staff to ensure quality product development and delivery objectives are met. You will keep management informed of project progress and outcomes through status meetings and written reports.
Education and Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an information technology focus, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
