We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Program Director to lead a high-impact performance optimization and scalability improvement project for a regional bank. In this role, you will oversee a team of developers and business analysts, driving strategic improvements to the bank’s core systems. Your expertise in Temenos T24 Transact will be crucial to the project’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers and business analysts to achieve project goals.
- Oversee performance optimization and scalability improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Mulesoft technologies with Temenos T24 Transact.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and manage risks effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Director in the banking industry.
- Mid-level expertise in managing projects involving Temenos T24 Transact.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability improvement projects.
- Familiarity with Mulesoft integration and core banking system enhancements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and coordinate across time zones.
