A regional commercial bank based in New Jersey is urgently seeking a Mid-to-Senior Project Manager to lead the final testing, deployment, and stabilization phase of a Treasury and Liquidity System transition already in motion. This role is essential in coordinating across internal teams, IT resources, and vendor partners to successfully bring a critical financial platform across the finish line. This is a highly visible, hands-on role in a high-pressure environment, requiring a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive daily execution during the testing, deployment, and stabilization phase.
- Lead test validation, issue resolution, and manage the cutover plan and go-live logistics.
- Coordinate internal teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
- Assess risks, ensure test readiness, and manage deployment activities under tight timelines.
- Facilitate UAT, post-deployment support coordination, and risk escalations.
- Prepare executive updates and reporting via Jira, MS Project, and other project tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading treasury or liquidity platform transitions in banking.
- Strong background in test coordination, UAT, and deployment readiness.
- Hands-on experience with systems such as Finastra, Kyriba, FIS, TMS, or SAP Treasury.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills with both IT and business stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cash management, bank operations, or liquidity platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with tight go-live timelines and manage cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in hybrid teams with an execution-first mindset.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – Minimum 2 days per week onsite at New Jersey HQ
