We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in core banking transformation to support a major private banking client. This role plays a pivotal part in translating business needs into system requirements and ensuring that strategic goals are met within a complex transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for core banking modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business and system requirements, with a focus on Private Banking products and workflows.
- Create process models, gap analyses, and solution recommendations in alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, technology teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication across functions.
- Support testing, implementation, and post-implementation validation activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Senior-level experience in business analysis, with a demonstrated track record in financial services, specifically private banking.
- Strong understanding of core banking systems and private banking business processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience working with or within large-scale banking institutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in core banking modernization projects, especially in a private banking context.
- Familiarity with Temenos or similar platforms is a strong asset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced transformation programs with multi-stakeholder environments.
- Previous long-term contract or consulting experience preferred.
