A major national bank is seeking a Senior Lead AI Solutions Consultant to lead the architecture, design, and execution of enterprise AI capabilities with a focus on Generative and Agentic-AI technologies. This role partners with cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent solutions that transform user experiences and operational efficiency across the enterprise. The position specializes in Data Science — Model Risk management, Generative AI (Gen-AI), and Agentic AI solutions to drive innovation while ensuring robust governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and execution of enterprise AI capabilities with a focus on Generative and Agentic-AI technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent solutions that transform user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Specialize in Data Science — Model Risk management, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership in developing a large cross-functional team to identify and execute complex AI initiatives.
- Provide consultation to more experienced leaders to recommend solutions which solve business challenges.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges ensuring the solution delivers the intended benefits.
- Build and optimize custom Small Language Models (SLMs) for enterprise-grade solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, diffusion models) and Agentic AI architectures (autonomous/multi-agent systems).
- Ability to build and optimize custom Small Language Models (SLMs) for enterprise-grade solutions.
- Proven expertise in model fine-tuning and domain adaptation for business-specific applications.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering principles, including prompt design, chaining, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- Certifications in AI Governance, Risk Management, or Responsible AI.
- Certifications in cloud engineering and architecture (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Up to 10% travel.
