A tier-one global bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a critical Contact Center Modernization initiative.

Position Overview
This contract role will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale contact center transformation program. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful implementation of modernized contact center technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for contact center modernization initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams including technology implementation, process redesign, and change management
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate executive-level status reporting and governance meetings
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards
- Drive alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
- Manage project budgets and track financial performance against targets
- Lead change management activities to ensure successful user adoption
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale contact center transformation projects
- Strong understanding of contact center technologies, platforms, and operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries preferred
