A tier-one global bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract engagement to lead critical initiatives within its organization.

Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation through delivery
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams
- Track project performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors as needed
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and practices
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a large, complex organization
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with project management tools and software
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
