A US bank is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Implementations to join its team.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
The Senior Vice President, Client Implementations will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of client solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and integration of new clients. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee complex implementation projects while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end client implementation projects from contract execution through go-live
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technology, operations, product, and sales to ensure seamless implementations
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance implementation processes and methodologies
- Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and clients
- Ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Mentor and develop implementation team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in client implementations, project management, or related field within financial services
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex implementation projects
- Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services
- Exceptional project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence without direct authority
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
